Meridian Tower Ferrara Quay Swansea – Installation of Access control, Call System to each flat and CCTV to public circulation areas.

ICE Solar were awarded the contract to install all CCTV system throughout all car parks and general circulation areas, all Flat intercom  and door entry system which is centrally controlled via the concierge desk areas.

The contract was undertaken over a 12 month period as the flats were being fitted out, with a contract value of £73,000.
